Description
By Annie's nylon elastic is 3/4" or 20mm wide and is sold by the yard hand-cut directly from the spool. It is shiny on one side and matte on the other to allow for flexibility in aesthetic and is creased along the center for easier folding and sewing. NOTE: Fold-over elastic is latex-free and contains spandex.
